For EG Group, First Impression Projects delivered the complete realization of the first Go Fresh Gyros Bar in the Netherlands, located along the A1 in Muiden.
This modern food corner focuses on authentic Greek dishes, with gyros as the centerpiece, catering to the growing demand for freshly prepared, quick-to-serve meals on the go.
The project included the full demolition of the old food corner and the complete implementation of the new concept. This encompassed a custom-made counter, professional equipment, walk-in coolers and a comfortable seating area.

The Go Fresh Gyros Bar is part of EG Group’s broader Go Fresh Bakery concept, present at over 50 service stations across the Benelux. In addition to this location, First Impression Projects also developed the other food corners within the Go Fresh Bakery portfolio – each designed with a focus on functionality, brand experience, and customer comfort.
