Within this historic architecture, we created a modern and open juice bar where visitors can enjoy freshly prepared juices and smoothies made from 100% natural, plant-based ingredients. The open counter allows customers to watch the pressing and mixing process — a direct reflection of Zest’s mission: to make you feel great.
The challenges of this project included working within a protected historic building and a busy shopping environment, which required meticulous planning, technical precision, and efficient execution.
